Me and friend A were tossing around the idea of a gay character in the AIM chat. it wasn't even a prominent part of their personality, they'd just, well, be gay. Insuing Drama Llama featured this. It's paraphrased from various objections they raised, but they said a similar sentence. "You can't have a gay character! Do you want us all to turn into FAGS!?"

Hoy fui a una cafetería otaku llamada Mikafé.  En sus volantes la promocionan como un lugar donde puedes disfrutar de comida japonesa, leer revistas de anime y además comprar productos como figuras y Pocky.

Al llegar al lugar me decepcionó un poco porque está muy chiquito, nada más tienen como 7 mesas, además de que estaba algo en penumbra porque estaban proyectando anime usando una lap top y un proyector.

La variedad de productos no era mucha, en su mayoría eran las típicas chacharitas que te encuentras en las convenciones, como correas y colguijes para celular, tazas y algunos peluches. El Pocky y los dulces japos tampoco estaban muy surtidos.

Había en las paredes revisteros con algunas publicaciones nacionales, y otras japonesas, no pude checar las nacionales porque me quedaban lejos y era un relajo moverse en ese espacio tan reducido, pero las japonesas no estaban interesantes porque no eran el último número de la Jump o la Ribon, sino revistas de moda masculina y para coleccionistas de figuras.  Me hubiera gustado más que los mangas de Vid que tenían a la venta los pudieras leer, como sucede en las cafeterías japas. 

Fue interesante que proyectaran anime, creo que eso nada más lo hacen los sábados.  Cuando llegué estaba una serie que no reconocí, luego pusieron dos episodios de "Soul eater" y luego dos de "Kamen no maid guy".  Me pareció inapropiado que pasaran esa anime porque es de esos fanserviceros donde todo gira alrededor de los grandes pechos de la protagonista y su ropa interior. -__¬  No era nada adecuado para un restaurante familiar.  Llegó una señora con su hija adolescente y ya me imagino lo que habrá pensado.

La comida estuvo buena, pedí un menú que incluye dos piezas de pescado empanizado, arroz al vapor, sopa miso, tres piezas de tofú frito y tres empanaditas, todo por 65 pesos.  


En general el lugar está bien, lo mejor es la comida, pero creo que les hace falta mejorar la imagen y decoración del establecimiento.

Also, two of my favorite actors are Alyson Hannigan and Hayley from Paramore. Even though Alyson dyed it brown, but I still love her! Her personality makes up for it! ^-^

I've been having this dilemma for quite some time now. In the past all my layouts have worked in 800x600 screens.

However, I'm thinking more and more of dropping that support and designing for screens @ 1024 x 768 - particularly for three column layouts were the sidebar and sideheaders are between 200px to 300px wide - they simply don't look good or even work sometimes in smaller resolutions like 800 x 600. So, here's a super quick poll:

The reason your current rp is dying is because you still haven't solved your problem. You thought the lack of roleplay going on was due to your characters becoming boring, but the real issue is that it contains nothing but sex and isolation. Creating a new setting and inserting the same characters won't do anything but highlight this: you are elitist, and think good drama depends on who slept with who.

If you stopped creating storylines that are geared towards glorifying your own characters and ignoring others, you just might have something a little more meaningful. But right now, you might as well dig a pit and toss your characters' sperm in it.

SO HERE'S THE DEAL.

I'm in the middle of a move from Colorado to Arizona. Currently, I'm in Arizona, but we're in a hotel for awhile until the apartment is ready.
Don't expect updates from anyone but Robin until I have our 'net set up at home. I can't run four characters until I get my own internet, about the 26th or so.
